Getting Started is Easy


First, we'll give you a quick tour of the facility. Then, we will sit down and talk about your hopes and dreams. We'll answer any questions you might have about who we are and how we train.

This is a great starting point and you will leave with some great advice. Expect to spend an hour at our gym.
Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it's the first time you have ever stepped foot in a CrossFit gym, this is your starting point.
How do I sign up for a no sweat intro?
Schedule your no sweat intro with us by filling out the contact form with all of your details, and we will contact you to schedule your no sweat intro.
How long does it take to see results?
Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly; even in only 30 days, you may start to see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
Do I get the chance to meet new friends?
If you would like, Yes! We have classes organaized into small groups, as this allows you to meet others.
What sets you apart from other gyms?
We keep our standarts very high. Starting with top level coaching and leading into work ethics and clean premises. All of our coaches have minimum of CrossFit Level 1 certification and our head coach is the only Certified CrossFit Trainer (CCFT) in Latvia. Our coaches interact daily to know our clients needs, goals and achievemnets.
How often do you recommend to come in and how long is one workout?
We would love if you could come in every day. One hour a day is all we need to see progress. Having said that if you are a beginner it would be wise to start with 3 classes a week, with the goal of working up to 5 a week after your first few months. It may take a while for your body to get used to training , so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days.
What is a NO SWEAT INTRO?
A NO SWEAT INTRO is just that - NO SWEAT! 30 minute conversation with a coach to discuss your goals and how we can help you achieve them.
Do I have to be fit to join?
No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have your back. CrossFit is infinatley scaleble to any level of ability. Every CrossFit workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. CrossFit program is perfect for any committed individual regardless of experience.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept cash.
What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?
CrossFit is a functional fitness program, so our main effort goes towards developing movements that are useful in real life, such as squats, pushups, sit ups, lunges, presses, throughs, step ups, jumps, runs and so much more. We will row on Concept 2 rowers or Rogue eco bikes. But above all that our coaches will adapt any movements if needed and teach you how you can move your body safely, efectively and efficiently.
Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods to be healthy?
